i think every holiday needs cookies, don't you. but, with all the hopping around i am doing this easter, i don't have time to prepare my classic shortbread cookie recipe. but rather than deprive myself of the joyous experience of decorating cookies, i am going to use this tasty and convenient sugar cookie dough to save some time.
