when my water has come to a full and rollicking boil and the honer harmonica bit in the whistle sounds like a steam strain is ploughing through my kitchen at full speed, i know it's time to remove the kettle from the heat. only genuine boiling water will do the trick, none of that really hot water from a spigot will do. it must boil!! boil i say!!!
