my friend marjorie took me to visit historic sainte mere eglise, just off utah beach in normandy.

today we are commemorating the anniverary of d-day. these gentleman are a bit too young to have served here in 1944.

what exactly do you call these things on a tank? the tires? the wheels? the treads?
