hi! or should i say howdy! bill and sylvia took me on a little visit to colorado this weekend. aside from spontaneous visits to the rest stops, we enjoyed exploring "the garden of the gods" near colorado springs.

its a breathtaking place, but, i would think that gods would go for a few more flowers and possibly a nice water feature in the garden, wouldn't you?

only gods could have mountains carved into attractive and whimsical shapes like these two kissing camels that the park ranger pointed out. its the longest kiss in history. let's not even talk about chapped lips!

next adventure, i promise not to wander off. although, it was quite a surprise to have all that nice search party surprise me while i was taking a nap.
