spiffy gifts i got
for christmas

of course christmas or any other holiday is not just about giving and getting gifts, but, i do appreciate all the time and thought that people put into choosing or making the perfect gift for me, so, i love to show you what i got. maybe you'll get some gift ideas for the next time you want to buy someone a gift.

these are some of the wonderful gifts i have gotten from friends over the years

look! look! look! my very own red radio flyer wagon! santa made this one just for me!

the wheels on my new wooden train make a wonderful squeak when i push it around it's little tracks. it's an antique and was really loved by the little girl that owned it before. i am so lucky that she loves me enough to give it to me!

my friend rose gave me my own monkey puppet! isn't he cute?

i look like a real cubs team member now. i am the biggest terry cloth cubs fan in the universe! (i wonder if they would let me throw out the first ball of the season?)

my new teddy bear is quite a sporty dresser with his bow tie.

my friend katie made me this lovely holiday vest. it's perfect for christmas, oktobetfest, valentines day or any fancy schmancy formal occasion like fruitcake tastings.

look! i have my own sock monkey! many children have morbid fears of sock monkey's. i think it's the bad lipstick job, don't you?

i love my isle of wight calendar! now i know what day it is and i can admire the scenery where my friends judith and stephen live. i think i see them smiling and waving in one of the photos!

my tea, juice and cocoa tastes just a bit more tasty in my arsenal mug. i bet theirry henri has one just like this, don't you?

kim surprised me with this gorgeous christmas angel who looks oddly familiar.
